comrade dog update 1.2

This update about is bug fixes and other stuff so if you don't want to look at this you don't have to.

Fix the bullets not looking like they made contact with GOD.

Remove GOD's heath bar.

Change the player's heath to the bottom left corner.

Made the level look decent.

Now added animation to god when (he is getting shot) and the player (when there jumping). 

Added a pause if you press p.
